Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, changes apply immediately. When downgrading, your new plan will take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Pricing is monthly during beta to keep plans simple and avoid misleading claims.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner Stripe.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees for any of our plans. You only pay the monthly subscription fee based on your chosen plan.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, and you will continue to have access to your plan until the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my product limit?
If you reach your product limit, you will have the option to upgrade to a higher plan or archive inactive products to free up space. We will notify you before you reach your limit.
How does featured placement work?
Featured placements are paid, time-boxed placements. A slot runs for 30 days and councils have a cap of 5 active slots.
